Baptims at Community

We practice baptism according to the earliest Biblical example: immersion. As Jesus was himself baptized in the river Jordan and as his followers were also baptized, we do so by being fully immersed in the waters of grace. Other baptism traditions are honored as we welcome those wish to become members by transfer or reaffirmation of faith. (We never require anyone from a “sprinkling” or "christening" traditions ever to be re-baptized.) We joyfully (and frequently!) celebrate "Parent-Child Dedications" for infants and young children.
